Davante Adams started the 2024 season on the Las Vegas Raiders but was traded in October to the New York Jets for draft compensation. The perennial Pro Bowler was subsequently reunited with future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers.

Ahead of the Jets' Week 11 game against the Indianapolis Colts, let's take a look at Adams' availability.

Interim Jets head coach Jeff Ulbrich said that the injury isn't serious and Adams is expected to return to the practice field before the Colts game. However, the veteran pass catcher must participate in some capacity at training to ensure that he features in Week 11.

Adams has already dealt with injury issues this season. He missed time while on the Las Vegas Raiders due to a hamstring issue. Jets fans will now await some positive news about their 2024 star acquisition in the not-too-distant future.

How has Davante Adams performed on the Jets?

Davante Adams joined the New York Jets just in time for their Week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Adams put up a stat line of three catches, 30 receiving yards and zero touchdowns in the 37-15 loss.

Adams had a better statistical output in his next game, which was against the New England Patriots. He amassed a stat line of four catches, 54 receiving yards and zero TDs. However, the game ultimately ended in another loss.

The perennial Pro Bowler got his first win as a Jet in Week 9 when the Jets shocked the Houston Texans in a 21-13 victory. Adams amassed a stat line of seven catches, 91 receiving yards and one touchdown.

However, the Fresno State product's last game wasn't as positive. The Jets suffered a blowout 31-6 loss to the in-form Arizona Cardinals. Adams mustered just 31 receiving yards off six receptions and zero touchdowns in the loss. It puts his record with the Jets at a dismal 1-3, as they're rapidly losing ground on their preseason expectations of competing for the playoffs.
