DeAndre Hopkins' injury history
According to Draft Sharks, DeAndre Hopkins suffered a Grade 1 Head-Cranial Concussion on Aug.17, 2013. Hopkins sustained the concussion in his side's second preseason game. He missed the rest of the preseason but could play in the opening matchup of the regular season.

Hopkins suffered a hand-wrist ligament tear on Dec. 23, 2014. He appeared on the injury report for Week 17 but played in the fixture nonetheless. He had surgery in the offseason. He also suffered a Grade 1 Head-Cranial Concussion on Sept. 20, 2015. The injury occurred in Week 2 of the 2015 NFL season, but Hopkins could still feature in the next game.
Hopkins pulled his left calf on Dec. 25, 2017. The injury occurred in Week 16, and he missed the last fixture of the regular season. He was then mostly injury-free until he suffered a Grade 3 AC joint sprain in his right shoulder on Jan. 5, 2019. Due to the injury, he missed the Pro Bowl activities.
The 2021 NFL season was tasking on Hopkins as he suffered a Grade 2 hamstring injury in the Cardinals' loss to the Green Bay Packers on Oct. 28, 2021. He missed three fixtures due to the injury. Hopkins then suffered a Grade 3 knee MCL tear on Dec. 13, 2021, in a game against the Los Angeles Rams. As a result, he was ruled out for the rest of the season.
Hopkins suffered a Grade 1 knee strain on Dec. 29, 2022. It was reported that the knee flared up late in the week, so he missed the last two games of the regular season.
Ahead of the 2024 season, Hopkins suffered a Grade 3 knee MCL tear in training camp on July 31. He was still able to start the season as the Titans' WR1.
