DeMeco Ryans is a professional American football coach who serves as the head coach of the Houston Texans, as of the 2024 NFL season. He was born on July 28, 1984, in Bessemer, Alabama. As of January 2025, he is 40 years old. DeMeco Ryans is not only a coach but also a former professional American footballer who played as a linebacker in the National Football League. The Houston Texans selected Ryans as the 33rd pick in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft.
