On Thursday, ESPN's Jordan Raanan reported that Devin Singletary, by his own admission, has a chance to play against the Seahawks on Sunday. However, fantasy managers should wait until the running back gets an active status, before picking him for Week 5.

Singletary did not participate in practice with the Giants on Wednesday due to his groin injury, which he reportedly suffered in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys. However, New York will host two more practice sessions before making the trip to Seattle.

Notably, Singletary, who is in his sixth year in the league, has not missed a game since his rookie season. The player also opened up about his thought process and eagerness to play against Seattle.

“It was never close enough, never even a thought like I’m not going to be able to play the next game,” Singletary said on Wednesday. “Nothing like this.”

In four games this season, Singletary has recorded 221 yards on 56 carries and scored two touchdowns. He also has 72 yards on 11 receptions but has recorded fumbles.

Heading into Week 5, Singletary has posted 47.3 fantasy points, averaging 11.8 points per game.
