New York Giants running back Devin Singletary has missed the team's last two games due to a groin injury. He participated in a few limited sessions for the Giants last week before their matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals but the team eventually chose to leave him out.

Similar to last week, Singletary was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday, the Giants' first of the week before their next game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fantasy managers should keep an eye on the team's practice reports on Thursday and Friday to see if Singletary can log a full practice.

Given how rarely Devin Singletary gets hurt, his groin injury—which has already cost him two games—is noteworthy. But if he can get enough practice before Sunday's contest, he should be able to play in Week 7.

The hole left in the Eagles’ rushing offense by Singletary's absence has been effectively filled by Tyrone Tracy Jr. Tracy excelled for the second time in as many games, amassing 107 total yards and a touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

Devin Singletary is the New York Giants' top rusher this season with 293 yards from scrimmage in four games. In addition, he has two ground touchdowns.

However, Singletary's groin issue from Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys has kept him out of the Giants' last two games, and it looks like the injury is still bothering him ahead of New York's Week 7 schedule.

In light of the fact that Singletary only logged a limited practice on Wednesday, he has now been specified as limited on five straight injury reports. This week, he will have two more chances to complete a full practice session on Thursday and Friday before the Giants decide on his Week 7 participation against the Eagles.

Devin Singletary had not missed a game in his six-year career due to an injury since his rookie year until this season.
