DK Metcalf is an American football wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks as of the 2024 NFL season. The Seahawks selected Metcalf as the 64th pick in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The two-time Pro Bowler started 15 of the 16 games he played in the 2019 season and concluded with 900 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. In 2020 he recorded his first 1,000-yard season by accumulating 1,303 yards. The following season, he had 967 receiving yards and scored 12 touchdowns. Metcalf extended his contract for three more years with the Seahawks in 2022 and finished the season with 1,048 receiving yards. He put up a back-to-back 1,000-yard season for the first time in his career in 2023 by piling up 1,114 yards on 66 receptions that year. Growing up in Oxford, Mississippi, Metcalf went to Oxford High School. The 6-foot-4 wideout accumulated more than 3,300 yards in the receiving game during his high school tenure. He finished his secondary education and committed to the University of Mississippi playing for the Ole Miss Rebels from 2016 to 2018. DK concluded his collegiate tenure with 1,228 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns.
