Travis and Jason Kelce grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. They do not have any other siblings.
Travis Kelce has always followed in his brother's footsteps
The Kelce brothers went to the same college and played together for a season at the University of Cincinnati. They shared the same dream of playing in the NFL. They initially wanted to represent the Cleveland Browns, but that never came to fruition and probably never will.
In an interview with TIME, their mother revealed why they won't play for the Browns.
"Jason will never leave Philadelphia. If they tell him “you’re done,” that’s it. Travis, he will never leave Patrick Mahomes. Or Andy for that matter. So it’s not going to happen. They’re going to stay where they are."
Jason won the Super Bowl in 2018 and Travis won it two years later. Both the Kelce brothers have won the Ed Block Courage Award, and both have a good chance of making it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Interestingly, both Kelce brothers were drafted by Andy Reid. In 2011, Reid was the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and selected Jason with the 191st overall pick in the sixth round.
Reid moved to Kansas City in 2013 and selected Travis with the 63rd overall pick in the third round.
