What is the clear bag policy of the NFL?

The NFL strictly encourages people not to bring any bags to the Super Bowl or any of the NFL games. However, you can still carry a bag, but according to the clear bag policy:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVS bags are allowed, but they should not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
• A plastic freezer bag of one gallon is allowed.
• You can bring clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller to stadium.
• Exceptions can be made for medical items.

Are cameras and binoculars allowed at Super Bowl LVII?
