EA Madden 25 is scheduled to be released on August 16, 2024, with early access provided three days before its official release. To obtain early access one must pre-order the game available in their respective stores. Madden 25 comes with several innovations and additions as the next-gen consoles take it up a notch. To start, EA announced that franchise mode will have over 70 new dynamic storylines. Storylines in Madden have been tried before, with varying degrees of success in making the characters feel like they "matter" beyond just being largely boring to watch.

• NFL Draft Night

Madden 25 introduces a real-time Draft Night allowing players to witness the team selections. It is an authentic process where you get all the insights of the players to improve the scouting process (via EA Sports). This also enables you to see prospects' athletic grades and measurables to build a balanced franchise.

With Madden 25, you can create your team from the ground up by utilising the assortment of personalization options found on the Team Builder webpage.
