Drake Maye’s 40-time

Drake Maye reportedly clocked a 4.60-second 40-yard dash, according to NFL Draft Buzz. Although he didn’t participate in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine or North Carolina’s Pro Day, this time gives a solid indication of his speed. His 4.60-second dash time is faster than the likes of Josh Allen (4.76 seconds) and Patrick Mahomes (4.80 seconds), two of the NFL's top quarterbacks known for their mobility and ability to extend plays. While he doesn't possess the elite speed of someone like Lamar Jackson (4.34 seconds), hsi 40 times' reflects his ability to move effectively in and out of the pocket, adding another dynamic to his game as a quarterback as per Pro Football Network.

Considering his size, 6 feet 4 inches, Maye is fast and he has shown that he runs with the football when he wants to. He accumulated a total of 1209 rushing yards and 16 rushing touchdowns in the three seasons that he spent with the Tar Heels.
