NFL legend Darren Sproles praised Dallas Cowboys running back Deuce Vaughn on Tuesday on the "Up & Adams" show.
When asked which current player is similar to how he played, he replied:
"Deuce Vaughn ... but they have to play Deuce Vaughn. Let him go out there and rock," Sproles said.

Both diminutive players starred at Kansas State. Sproles played at 5-foot-6, 190 pounds. Vaughn is 5-6, 176.
Darren Sproles complimented the RB in a video from last year:
"Where he is now ... he's actually, like, ahead of me, like, with his route running and stuff like that. ... He is a special player."
In turn, Vaughn, who is making $3,973,336 per year on a four-year deal (according to Spotrac), complimented Sproles:
"That's a guy that I've looked up to for a very, very long time. He's got my stature that did it for a very, very long time in this league and was very productive."
The Dallas Cowboys selected Vaughn in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL draft. In addition to having good playmaking abilities, the player reads the game well.
Vaughn appeared in seven games, totaling 70 yards rushing, during the 2024 season, mostly as a backup back to Tony Pollard. He also had three catches for 18 yards.
The Cowboys finished third in the NFC East with a 7-10 record. Despite a few strong games, they failed to qualify for the playoffs.
The Chicago Bears have reportedly requested permission to interview Dallas coach Mike McCarthy. The Cowboys have not yet replied to the request. However, the coach has said that he intends to remain with Dallas.
