Eli Manning is a former American football player who was born on January 3, 1981, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is older brother of Peyton Manning and the youngest child of Archie Manning.

Eli Manning played college football at the University of Mississippi. He went on to be a legend at Ole Miss, something that may have prompted him to purchase a house in the area. Manning played as a quarterback for the Ole Miss football team and secured multiple accolades. These accolades and Eli’s proven skill in football earned him the number one spot in the 2004 NFL draft where he was able to follow his brother's footsteps and make a name for himself at the highest level.

Eli Manning played football in the NFL for a period of 16 years over which period, he accumulated numerous records, achievements and honours. In spite of playing in the shadow of his brother, Eli was able to make a name for himself as a player in the NFL.
