
Elijah Simmons is a former collegiate defensive tackle who represented Tennessee from 2019 to 2024. Simmons is one of the draft prospects in the 2025 NFL draft. The Memphis, Tennessee native (as per NFL’s official website) finished his secondary education at Pearl-Cohn Comprehensive High School from Nashville. Aside from playing football, Simmons also won state titles in shotput and discus at the TSSAA Small Class Track & Field Championships. His high school career is strewn with personal honors, such as being a 2018 Region 5-3A Defensive MVP and making it into the 2017 All-Region 5-3A defensive team.
