As well as having one of the best offenses in football in 2023, the Miami Dolphins had some of the best fantasy football assets. Only the Dallas Cowboys scored more points last year than the Dolphins (496), who ended the season with an 11-6 record, good enough for a wild-card playoff berth.

Unfortunately for the Dolphins, they met the Kansas City Chiefs who eliminated Miami on the way to their second successive Super Bowl victory. The Miami Dolphins will be hoping for a better showing in the postseason in 2024, and managed to keep ahold of their offensive weapons who set the league - and fantasy leagues - alight last year.

Miami Dolphins' top fantasy assets in 2024

#5 - Tua Tagovailoa, QB

The instigator of Miami's offense, QB Tua Tagovailoa could be a solid fantasy football quarterback for 2024. After a hot start in 2023, where during the first eight weeks of the season he topped 20+ fantasy points on four occasions, he was QB20 from Week 9 onwards averaging just 245 yards and 1.2 TDs per game.

This was quite the drop-off from his 302 yards and 2.3 TDs per game to begin the season.

Tagovailoa has an excellent rapport with both Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle and is being coached by one of the best offensive minds in the NFL in Mike McDaniel. However, his lack of rushing ability could limit his fantasy football output.

#4 - Raheem Mostert, RB

Like Tagovailoa, running back Raheem Mostert has been plagued with injuries but made it through 2023 unscathed. Mostert managed to finish 2023 as RB5 in PPR scoring, amassing more points than the likes of Joe Mixon, Bijan Robinson and Derrick Henry.

Mostert was the Dolphins' primary running back last year, topping 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his career at the age of 31 - along with a career-high 21 total touchdowns. With the explosive De'Von Achane for company in the Dolphins' RB room there's a chance he'll play second-fiddle in 2024 but should continue to get touches as long as he remains healthy.

#3 - Jaylen Waddle, WR

WR Jaylen Waddle signed a contract extension this offseason to become one of the highest-paid wideouts in the NFL, and he will continue to be an excellent fantasy football asset in 2024. Waddle himself missed time through injury in 2023 and only finished as WR34 in PPR scoring after finishing as WR8 in 2022.

Despite this, he still topped 1,000 yards for the third time in his three years in the NFL and he was fifth in yards per route run and sixth in first downs per route run in 2023. Considering he is behind one of the best wide receivers in the NFL in Tyreek Hill, Waddle is putting up big numbers.

#2 - De'Von Achane, RB

De'Von Achane burst onto the scene for the Miami Dolphins as a rookie, finishing his debut campaign as RB5 in fantasy points per game. In a run of eight games, he averaged 113 yards and ranked first in the entire NFL in explosive run rate.

Despite only playing in 11 games due to a knee injury, he still managed 800 rushing yards and 197 receiving yards along with 11 total TDs. If he can remain healthy, Achane's explosiveness could lead you to fantasy football glory in 2024.

Speaking of explosiveness, there's not a single player in the NFL who befits the term more than Miami wide receiver Tyreek Hill. Hill is arguably the best wideout in the NFL currently and should be viewed as one of the best fantasy football assets as well.

In 2023 he set career-highs in yards (1,799), targets (171) and fantasy points per game (23.5) as he ended the year as WR2 in PPR scoring behind Dallas' CeeDee Lamb. There's no reason Hill should be anything other than his elite self in 2024 fantasy football and will be a top-5 pick in all fantasy leagues.
