I know I know, handsome Jimmy is the new darling of the league and he’s turned the fortunes of the 49ers around. Yes, he went 6-0 when he started for the 49ers last season, but did you know he only threw for 7 TDs, whilst throwing 5 INTs in the process. He was pretty efficient and finished with a QB rating just shy of 100, but 7 TDs in 6 games isn’t very impressive. For comparison, Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 7 TDs in 5 games and Drew Stanton threw for 6 TDs in 5. Yes he may progress after a full offseason in San Fran, but that doesnt mean his TD:INT ratio will definitely improve. His options in the passing game don't jump off the page at you either. Marquise Goodwin and Pierre Garcon are tidy NFL receivers, but they are hardly top 12 WR material. Its surprising the 49ers didnt go all in to sign one of the big name Free Agents such as Allen Robinson, Sammy Watkins or even Dez Bryant.

His current ADP is at the back end of the 12th round, ahead of seasoned veterans like Matthew Stafford, Matt Ryan, Phil Rivers, Big Ben and Andrew Luck. I would take any of those players over a player with 7 career starts in a heartbeat. Sorry Jimmy. You are still handsome though.
