Fantasy Football IDP Rankings for Week 18 feat. Zaire Franklin, Kaden Elliss, Blake Cashman

Week 18 of the 2024 fantasy football will represent the conclusion of all leagues that have yet to play their championship rounds. Those playing in IDP leagues should know by this point in the year that their weekly values are just as important as their offensive players. Here's how the top 50 options stack up this week.

#1 - Zaire Franklin

Zaire Franklin has been on a scorching hot streak for the Indianapolis Colts lately, finishing among the top five weekly linebackers in four of his past five games. This has catapulted him all the way to the overall LB1 during the 2024 fantasy football season.

#2 - Brian Branch

Brian Branch currently ranks as the overall DB3 this year and has finished among the weekly top 10 linebackers nine times. This includes doing so in each of his past three games for the Detroit Lions.

#3 - Kaden Elliss

Kaden Elliss has caught fire for the Atlanta Falcons at an ideal time in fantasy football with the playoffs in progress. He has finished as the LB8 or better in each of his past four games.

#4 - Demario Davis

Demario Davis has been quietly surging in recent weeks after bouncing back from a slow start to the 2024 fantasy football season. He has now finished among the top 10 weekly linebackers in four of his past six games after failing to do so at all in the first 10 weeks.

#5 - Budda Baker

Budda Baker has struggled a bit in his past two games, finishing as the DB24 and DB46, but still ranks as the overall DB1 this year. This demonstrates just how productive the rest of his year has been, including a massive 155 total tackles.

#6 - Lavonte David

Lavonte David has been extremely inconsistent in fantasy football this year, but has proven to have elite upside. He has finished among the top 10 weekly linebackers six times, including against the New Orleans Saints, who he will play again this week.

#7 - Blake Cashman

Blake Cashman is playing his best football of the season for the Minnesota Vikings amid the fantasy playoffs. He has finished as the weekly LB3 and LB4 in his past two games.

#8 - Dane Belton

Dane Belton recently received an increase to his workload for the New York Giants. His only three games playing in more than 60% of the snaps have come in the past three weeks, and he has finished among the weekly top five in two of them.

#9 - Zack Baun

Zcak Baun would noramlly be ranked higher in the weekly rankings, especially considering his overall LB2 ranking. He is riskier in Week 18 due to the fact that the Philadelphia Eagles plan to rest some of their starters, so his expected playing time is questionable.

#10 - Jordyn Brooks

Jordyn Brooks has been a model of consistency in fantasy football recently. He has finished among the top 20 weekly linebackers in each of his past eight games, including four top-10 finishes.

#11 - Jessie Bates III

Jessie Bates III has showed off his dynamic skillset in the past three weeks. During that time he has totaled 16 tackles, two interceptions, a sack and a touchdown with two weekly finishes of DB6 or better.

#12 - Roquan Smith

Roquan Smith has been having a relatively disappointing 2024 fantasy football season, but he still ranks as the overall LB15 this year. He also finished as the weekly LB7 in his most recent game, giving him some momentum as Week 18 approaches.

#13 - Robert Spillane

Robert Spillane currently ranks as the overall LB3 in fantasy football, mostly due to his 142 total tackles. He has also added a sack and an interception across his past three games, so his contributions are expanding.

#14 - Edgerrin Cooper

Edgerrin Cooper missed three games with an injury, but has been excellent in his three games since returning for the Green Bay Packers. He has finished as the weekly LB2 and LB3 in two of them.

#15 - Brandon Jones

Brandon Jones has been one of the most consistent contributors for the Denver Broncos' excellent defense this year. He currently ranks as the overall DB4 in fantasy football with weekly finishes of DB8 or better in four of his past five games.
