Roquan Smith is one of the most reliable tacklers. He has totaled 50 tackles this season and sits on top of the Week 6 IDP rankings.
#2. Robert Spillane
Robert Spillane surprisingly ranks as the LB1 through the first five weeks of the 2024 fantasy football season. He also gets a favorable matchup this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers' run-first offense.
#3. Fred Warner
Fred Warner ranks as the overall LB2 in fantasy football this year. He has ranked among the best IDPs to target in each of his seasons so far and is an elite Week 6 option again.
#4. Bobby Wagner
Bobby Wagner was projected to decline when he joined the Washington Commanders, but he has continued his consistent reliability. He ranks as the LB4 this season and gets a boost to his value in a matchup against a run-heavy Baltimore Ravens offense.
#5. Eric Kendricks
Eric Kendricks has been the bright spot of the Dallas Cowboys' otherwise struggling defense this season. He ranks as the overall LB3 and has increased his playing time to become an every-down player.
#6. EJ Speed
Despite playing in the same defense as Nick Cross and Zaire Franklin, EJ Speed has excelled this year. He has totaled 54 tackles and has impressively done so as an outside linebacker.
#7. Budda Baker
Budda Baker is the highest-ranked non-linebacker in the Week 6 fantasy football IDP rankings. Despite playing safety, his tackle numbers resemble a linebacker's, with 52 recorded this year.
#8. Lavonte David
Lavonte David got off to a slow start this year but is gaining momentum as Week 6 approaches. He has finished among the top ten linebackers in the last two games and will look to keep it rolling against the run-first New Orleans Saints.
#9. Jessie Bates III
Jessie Bates III continues to fill up the stat sheet with his dynamic contributions for the Atlanta Falcons. He has recorded 37 tackles, three passes defended and an interception this year.
#10. Logan Wilson
Logan Wilson has recorded at least five solo tackles in each of his five games this year. His consistent reliability placed him among the top ten IDP targets in Week 6 fantasy football.
#11. Kyle Hamilton
Kyle Hamilton is one of the most dynamic defenders in the NFL. This makes him valuable in fantasy football, as he has recorded 32 tackles, a sack and recovered a fumble.
#12. Quincy Williams
Quincy Williams has replaced CJ Mosley as the defensive centerpiece of the New York Jets defense. This has resulted in him ranking as the overall LB13 in fantasy football through the season's first five weeks.
#13. TJ Watt
TJ Watt is the only pass rusher to crack the top 15 IDP rankings this week. He has recorded at least one sack in four of his five games this year and ranks as the overall LB15 despite recording just 14 solo tackles.
