IDP leagues are less common in fantasy football, but they add a unique twist to traditional DST formats. Rather than having a full NFL team's defensive unit, managers get to use individual defensive players in their weekly lineups. Similar to offensive positions, their recent performances and weekly matchups play a major role in their overall value. Here are the top IDP options in Week 7.

#1 - Fred Warner
San Francisco 49ers' Fred Warner has consistently been one of the best linebackers in the NFL. He ranks as the LB1 in the 2024 fantasy football season and tops the Week 7 IDP rankings.
