The kicker is one of the most popular NFL positions to stream each week of the Fantasy Football season. With the exception of a few elite options, such as Justin Tucker and Daniel Carlson, most kickers offer relatively similar ceilings and floors in each of their weekly games.
Optimizing the kicker position is often centered around finding the right matchups to target. Kickers that convert at a high rate on their attempts are important to pay attention to, especially when playing in a matchup with a high projected point total. More opportunities converted at a high percentage can often lead to higher Fantasy Football scores.

Jason Myers - Seattle Seahawks vs. New York Giants
Jason Myers is currently averaging the fourth-most fantasy points per game among all kickers. He has converted the second-most field goals this season and has only missed one of his total attempts. He faces off against the New York Giants in Week 8. The game will be played at home, so he will be in familiar field conditions to potentially thrive again.
Jason Sanders - Miami Dolphins vs. Detroit Lions
Jason Sanders should see plenty of opportunities to score in Week 8. The game between the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions has the highest projected point total this week, according to the 51.5 total betting line. The Lions are also the only NFL team allowing more than 30 points per game. Sanders should be one of the most popular Fantasy Football kickers to streak this week.
Michael Badgley - Detroit Lions vs. Miami Dolphins
Michael Badgley has been quietly perfect so far during the 2022-23 NFL season. He has only appeared in two games so far, but has made all six of his field goal attempts. He is another kicker playing in the highest projected scoring game this week, along with Jason Sanders. He is an ideal fit for the overall strategy of streaming weekly kickers.
Week 8 Fantasy Football Kickers: Sit 'Em
Greg Joseph - Minnesota Vikings vs. Arizona Cardinals
Greg Joseph will feature in one of the highest-projected scoring games in Week 8 when the Minnesota Vikings face off against the Arizona Cardinals. While this would normally make him a solid streaming option in Fantasy Football, he has been unreliable this season. His four missed field goals are tied for the most in the NFL this year.
Chris Boswell - Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Chris Boswell has struggled to receive consistent opportunities to score. This is mostly because the Pittsburgh Steelers offense has been relatively weak. Boswell hasn't converted more than two field goals in a game since Week 1 and has missed four attempts this year. His inefficiency further lowers his overall value in Fantasy Football.
Brandon McManus - Denver Broncos vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Brandon McManus has had plenty of opportunities to score this season, as he leads all players with 19 field goal attempts. The problem is that he has missed four of them, while also missing two extra-point attempts. He has been one of the most unreliable Fantasy Football kickers this season and also plays in a projected low-scoring game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8.
