It's crunch time. You know at this point if your team is good or not. More importantly, you know what holes you need to fill. With just seven weeks left in the fantasy regular season, it's time to make a move.
We're focusing on the best starting lineup possible. We're not carrying depth tight ends. We're done with zero upside players. It's about scoring points, not building the best bench. Let's find who we can get and who can leave.
Week 8 Fantasy Football Trade Targets: Who to trade for

Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles
After a miserable start, Goedert has sprung to life with three straight top-15 PPR performances, including two top-five showings. He's scored in two of three games and, in those weeks, topped 75 yards each time. The Eagles are back to featuring Goedert in the middle of the field. His targets over this hot three-game stretch are 9, 8, and 5. If you are struggling at tight end, go target Goedert.
Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans
This has nothing to do with Henry the Titan and everything to do with him possibly landing on a new team. The trade deadline is early next week, and the Titans could be selling pieces to acquire draft capital. Henry is in the final year of his contract and not part of the future plans of Tennessee. Imagine Henry on the Bills or the Cowboys. We're talking about chances to score every single week.
If he remains a Titan, it's a few more weeks of backup QB play, which could lead to carries, but the game scripts are rarely in Henry's favor. Let's hope for a real-life trade of the King!
Bijan Robinson, RB, Atlanta Falcons
I doubt the Robinson owner is looking to move him, but after Week 7's odd situation where he barely played despite not being on the injury report, you never know. Bijan has a tough schedule coming up with Titans and Vikings on deck.
But here's why I want you to attack the trade market for him: this juicy playoff schedule. Robinson plays at Carolina, home for Indianapolis, then at Chicago for the title game. This is what is going to give you a championship.
If you need some help trying to craft a trade package for Robinson, run it through our Fantasy Football Trade Analyzer and you're good to go.
Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys
Coming off a bye week, you might find an owner who is OK with letting Prescott move on. I think Dallas will need to lean more on their QB's arm than their inept running game. Prescott looked great in their Week 6 victory over the Chargers. Dak can give you a little something on the ground, and we saw that with his 7-40-1 line in that game. I'd anticipate a higher pass volume going forward. Couple that with a playoff schedule that includes games at Miami and Detroit, and you've got a QB you can hang your hat on.
Week 8 Fantasy Football Trade Targets: Who to cut bait on
Deshaun Watson, QB, Cleveland Browns
Look, it's evident to me that Watson has no desire to play football. He milked an injury for weeks even after the team said he was medically cleared. In Week 7, he was checked for a concussion and passed the tests, meaning he was free to return to the game. We all know he didn't. This guy just doesn't love the game and has zero incentive to play, thanks to his fully guaranteed contract. I don't want to depend on him at all this season. If he's on my roster, it wouldn't be for long. Ship him off and make him someone else's problem.
Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings
Coming off a 123-yard and two touchdowns on Monday Night Football, and I'm saying to trade him? Yes, I am. The reason is that his value will never be bigger. If you need him, hold him. But if someone is dangling a high-end RB, I'd be open for business.
Eventually, Justin Jefferson will return. The Vikings also have a Week 13 bye to deal with. Again, please don't go crazy giving him away. I want you to parlay a WR 1 week into making your roster better at a position of weakness. Likely, Addison wasn't cracking your lineup until now. So he could be expendable for the right price.
