After concluding the regular season with a 12-5 record, the Baltimore Ravens won the AFC North for a second consecutive time in 2024. They also showed they had one of the most exciting teams in the conference while doing it. However, the Ravens lost to the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, ending their season earlier than they had intended.
In order to win the AFC North for the third straight season in 2025, the Ravens will now be focusing on the forthcoming offseason.
The fact that many of Baltimore's key players, such as linebacker Roquan Smith, quarterback Lamar Jackson, running back Derrick Henry and safety Kyle Hamilton, still have contracts through 2025 is fantastic news for the team.
The question now becomes which of the Ravens' upcoming free agents will be given priority.

Here's a closer look at all the players projected to enter free agency in Baltimore in March.
Baltimore Ravens' impending free agents (selected players)
#1. Ronnie Stanley – Tackle
Ronnie Stanley's free agency stocks improved as a result of his 2024 season performances. He returned to his best in 2024, posting just two sacks allowed, after a severe ankle injury in 2021 appeared to put a stop to his career.
There will undoubtedly be many suitors for Stanley if Baltimore allows him to enter free agency.
#2. Patrick Mekari – Guard
Patrick Mekari was used across Baltimore's offensive line in 2024, stepping in anywhere the club wanted him. That meant he was always there for the Ravens' reinvented offensive line, which saw a significant improvement as the season progressed following a difficult start.
Mekari's versatility, which has allowed him to play over 500 snaps at both left and right tackle throughout his career, might significantly help him get suitors in free agency.
#3. Diontae Johnson – Wide Receiver
Since last offseason, Diontae Johnson has been a member of the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens. His time with each team has been marked by skipped practices, low participation counts and practically never-ending drama.
The Ravens, who had earlier waived the wide receiver themselves, acquired him off the Texans' waivers to finish the season. Johnson has 4,738 receiving yards over his six-year career, but it's unclear if he'll stay with the Ravens after this season.
#4. Patrick Ricard – Fullback
Patrick Ricard is now a key component of the Ravens' rushing offense, even though many other teams no longer employ conventional fullbacks. This season, he was selected to the Pro Bowl five times, and it would be shocking if he is not offered a new contract by Baltimore before free agency.
#5. Brandon Stephens – Cornerback
Although he has been Baltimore's starting cornerback for the past two years, Brandon Stephens has been the league's most-targeted corner during that period.
It's difficult to say whether Stephens will have an abundance of options on the open market after giving up the fourth-most receptions in the league in 2024.
