Full list of New York Jets free agents 2025 feat. Tyron Smith, Haason Reddick, and others

After winning only five games during the regular season, the New York Jets are now focusing on filling the vacancies for general manager and head coach while some other teams in the league are preparing for playoff games.

The Jets will have to keep an eye on free agency when it eventually comes around after the playoffs. Here is a comprehensive list of all the New York Jets players that will be eligible for free agency in 2025.

#1 - Cornerback D.J. Reed (28 years old)

D.J. Reed's statistics were strong this season, even if the New York Jets defense as a whole regressed. He recorded 11 passes defended, 4 tackles for loss, a sack, and 64 tackles.

Reed is expected to attract interest from teams in need of a cornerback when he hits the open market as it was reported earlier this season that he attracted interest from several teams before the trade deadline.

#2 - Linebacker Haason Reddick (30 years old)

Haason Reddick was dealt from the Philadelphia Eagles to the New York Jets over the last offseason. In order to negotiate a contract extension, he then missed the Jets' training camp and the first few weeks of the 2024 season.

After returning to the field, the 30-year-old pass-rusher did not perform well, gaining just 14 tackles and one sack.

Reddick, who is now scheduled to enter free agency this summer, will probably not have as many suitors as he would hope for after performing poorly in 2024. But he'll be hoping that his history of producing at a high level will help him land a deal, with the Jets or somewhere else.

#3 - Offensive tackle Tyron Smith (34 years old)

Tyron Smith is still an ideal option at left tackle, but teams might not want to make a long-term commitment to him when he hits the open market since he is well over 30.

Smith might still be a good short-term option for teams looking to stabilize their offensive lines.

#4 - Offensive tackle Morgan Moses (33 years old)

Morgan Moses had a successful 2024 season after agreeing to a one-year contract with the New York Jets over the offseason. He battled injuries all season but made 13 starts and was decent in those games.

The Jets are probably going to do their best to re-sign Moses for the 2025 campaign and possibly select another lineman to sit and learn from the veteran.

#5 - Cornerback Isaiah Oliver (28 years old)

To free up salary cap money, the San Francisco 49ers cut Isaiah Oliver in February 2024. He then signed with the Jets, playing all of the team's 17 games in 2024 (seven starts).
