The Tennessee Titans suffered a terrible regular season in 2024, and their only reward is the top pick in the 2025 draft. The Titans finished the season with a 3-14 record.
The Titans operated with a roster that lacked quality in various positions, and it's not a surprise that they struggled to pick up wins. However, their roster will become even thinner as numerous players are set to test free agency.
Hence, with the offseason approaching, let's examine the Titans players scheduled to hit the open market in 2025.

Tennessee Titans' impending free agents (selected players)
1. Jerome Baker, Linebacker
Jerome Baker joined the Titans during the 2024 regular season to provide depth at the linebacker position. Baker played for the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks before he joined the Titans.
Baker is a decent linebacker and excelled for long spells at the Miami Dolphins. The Titans could renew his contract in the offseason as a depth piece heading into 2025.
2. Sebastian Joseph-Day, Defensive End
Sebastian Joseph-Day joined the Tennessee Titans ahead of the 2024 regular season. He was a rotational member and played his part when called upon.
Joseph-Day has Super Bowl experience, having played in the big game twice. He won a ring with the Los Angeles Rams and is an asset in the locker room for a side looking for big-game experience. Expect the Titans to offer him an extension this offseason.
3. Nick Folk, Kicker
Nick Folk is one of the most respected kickers in the NFL. Folk entered the league in 2007 as the Dallas Cowboys selected him in the sixth round of the draft.
Folk joined the Tennessee Titans via a trade with the New England Patriots on Aug. 29, 2023. While he remains one of the better kickers in the league, the Titans could let him walk via free agency and pick up an undrafted free agent after the upcoming draft.
4. Quandre Diggs, Safety
Quandre Diggs is a three-time Pro Bowler and an experienced member of the Titans secondary. The team brought him in before the 2024 regular season to add grit to their defense.
Diggs was enjoying a solid season before suffering a season-ending Lisfranc injury. The Titans could re-sign him on another prove-it deal while he works on his recovery.
5. Mason Rudolph, Quarterback
Mason Rudolph had his chance to make the Tennessee Titans QB1 spot his own but failed to do so despite Will Levis' struggles for form and fitness. Hence, Rudolph's chances of being re-signed are rather slim.
The Titans will likely draft one of Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward in the 2025 draft. They'll be better served by getting a more proven veteran in the quarterback room to mentor either player.
