2007 NFL MVP Tom Brady had one of the most impressive seasons by a quarterback in NFL history. He was awarded the NFL MVP award for the first time at the end of the season and led the New England Patriots to a 16-0 regular season record and a spot in the Super Bowl.

2007 NFL MVP and a perfect season?

One of Brady's most memorable games of the season came in Week 1 when the Patriots faced off against the New York Jets. Brady threw for 297 yards and three touchdowns in that game, leading the Patriots to a 38-14 victory. He also had a passer rating of 146.6.

He followed this with three touchdowns in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers, four against the Buffalo Bills in Week 3, and three in Weeks 4 and 5.

Another memorable game for Brady came in Week 6 when the Patriots faced off against the Dallas Cowboys. In that game, Brady threw for 388 yards and a career-high five touchdowns, leading the Patriots to a 48-27 victory.

He then broke his passing touchdown best the following week with six touchdowns in a 49-28 win over the Miami Dolphins. The quarterback threw five more touchdowns against the Buffalo Bills in Week 11.

Brady's third memorable game came in Week 17 when the Patriots faced off against the New York Giants. Brady threw for 356 yards and two touchdowns in that game, leading the Patriots to a 38-35 victory. This game was notable as it secured the first perfect regular season in NFL history since the 1972 Miami Dolphins.

Overall, Brady's 2007 NFL MVP season was one of the most impressive in NFL history. He threw for 4,806 yards, 50 touchdowns, and only eight interceptions. He also had a passer rating of 117.2, the highest of his career. He broke the record for touchdown passes in a season that saw the Patriots register the first 16-0 regular season in NFL history.

Unfortunately, the Patriots were defeated by the New York Giants in the Super Bowl with a score of 17-14. Nevertheless, Brady's 2007 season will always be remembered as one of the best quarterback performances in NFL history.
