Green Bay Packers injury report for Week 1

The Green Bay Packers have six players on their injury report ahead of tonight's game. They are linebacker Edgerrin Cooper, wide receiver Romeo Doubs, tight end Tucker Kraft, defensive back Carrington Valentine and running backs MarShawn Lloyd and Emanuel Wilson.

Of the six players, Cooper, Doubs and Valentine were full participants in Thursday's training session, so they're cleared to play. The rest of the players on the report are listed as questionable.

Tucker Kraft's injury status

Tucker Kraft is currently dealing with a back injury. The tight end's back issue kept him out of Tuesday's training session and limited him in Thursday's session.

Kraft's injury leaves just two healthy tight ends on the Packers’ entire 53-man roster and 17-man practice squad. Those two tight ends are Luke Musgrave and Ben Sims.

MarShawn Lloyd's injury status

According to Up Matters, on Tuesday, rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd was pedaling a stationary bike while his teammates took to the Clarke Hinkle Field for their last practice of the week before leaving for Friday night’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil. Lloyd is dealing with a hamstring issue.

Lloyd suffered the hamstring injury on his second carry of the Green Bay Packers' preseason opener at Cleveland. He did not feature in the next two preseason games, nor did he practice for the remainder of training camp. It's unlikely that he will take to the Gridiron in tonight's game.

Emanuel Wilson's injury status

Running back Emanuel Wilson has a hip injury. The pacey runner has been limited in practice all week. On the team's website, he's currently listed as questionable to play in Brazil.
