Packers vs. Bears game summary

The Bears opened the scoring in the first quarter when Josh Blackwell returned a 94-yard punt for a touchdown. Cairo Santos converted the extra point.

The Packers responded with a 37-yard field goal made by Brandon McManus. Chicago led 7-3 after the first quarter.

Chicago's lead grew when D'Andre Swift rushed for a 4-yard touchdown. Santos converted the extra point. To make matters worse for Green Bay, Love exited the game due to an elbow injury and was replaced by Malik Willis.

However, the hosts fired back with a 9-yard touchdown run from Josh Jacobs and McManus converted the extra point. Green Bay then lessened the deficit further when McManus made a 30-yard field goal.

At halftime, the Bears had a narrow 14-13 lead over the Packers.

Both teams failed to create big chances in the third quarter, which ended scoreless.

The Bears eventually resumed the scoring in the fourth quarter when Williams connected with DJ Moore for a 32-yard touchdown. Santos converted the extra point.

The Packers then fought hard to get back into the game and were rewarded when Emanuel Wilson rushed for a 21-yard touchdown. They went for a successful 2-point conversion via Jayden Reed.

The Packers thought completed the comeback when McManus made a 55-yard field goal. However, in the final play of the game, Santos made a 51-yard field goal to give the Bears a narrow 24-22 win.
