Gregory Rousseau is an American football defensive end who plays for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL. Born on April 5, 2000, Rousseau started his college career at the University of Miami. In his redshirt freshman season in 2019, he delivered an impressive performance, recording 15.5 sacks, and earning the ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.

After his successful college career at Miami University, he was selected 30th overall by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Rousseau immediately adapted to professional play, finishing with four sacks, 50 tackles, an interception, and a forced fumble in his rookie season. His standout performance against the New York Jets in 2022 where he recorded 2 sacks, including a forced fumble, and a pass defense. With the Bills picking up his fifth-year option in 2024, Rousseau will remain a crucial part of the team.

Their shift to Florida proved beneficial for Rousseau, who grew up in a vibrant sports environment. As a high school freshman at Monarch High, Rousseau played wide receiver alongside future NFL talents like Calvin Ridley and Jerry Jeudy, setting the foundation of his football career.
