Haason Reddick is an American professional football linebacker for the New York Jets as of the 2024 NFL season. The Arizona Cardinals to select him as the 13th pick in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. In their 35–23 defeat in his debut match against the Detroit Lions, he racked up a season-high eight combined tackles. In November 2017, against the San Francisco 49ers, Reddick was dismissed and fined $9,115 after getting into a brawl with Carlos Hyde. He ended the game with one solo tackle and half a sack. In 2018, with 80 tackles, Reddick was third on the team in his 16 games played, 12 of which he started. The Cardinals declined the fifth-year option on Reddick's contract, making him a free agent. In 2021, he signed a one-year contract with the Carolina Panthers. The following season, he signed a three-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles made it to Super Bowl LVII in which Reddick was only able to make one tackle in the Eagles' loss. In 2024, Reddick was traded to the New York Jets for a conditional third-round selection.
Reddick attended Haddon Heights High School where he played as both a safety and running back. Due to a fracture, Reddick could only play in four games as a senior. As a walk-on in 2012, Reddick joined Temple University where as a senior in 2016, after recording 65 tackles and 10.5 sacks as a defensive end he was named First-team All-American Athletic Conference.
