Butker has already missed a couple of weeks this season due to the knee injury and only returned in Week 15. Butker then missed a field attempt as the Chiefs recorded a dominant win against the Browns.

Butker isn't the only member of the Chiefs on the injury report ahead of the game against the Texans. Tackle D.J. Humphries (hamstring) and defensive back Chamarri Conner (concussion) are out after failing to partake in a single training session. Patrick Mahomes, Hollywood Brown, Creed Humphrey and Jawaan Taylor are set to play after being full participants in training this week.

How has Harrison Butker performed this season?

Harrison Butker has been efficient in the Kansas City Chiefs' quest for a record-setting third consecutive Super Bowl victory. Butker was having a historic start to the season before he got injured.

Butker has amassed a stat line of 18 made field goals off 21 attempts. He has an 85.7 field-goal percentage and 96.0 extra point percentage, and his longest made field goal was a 53-yarder against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Chiefs enter Week 16 on a four-game winning streak. They've not lost a contest since their Week 11 loss to the Buffalo Bills, and they're well on track to getting the No. 1 seed in the AFC for the playoffs. Expect Patrick Mahomes and Co. to come out fast against the C.J. Stroud-led Texans in their last home game of the season.
