Antonio Brown and Tom Brady's relationship is complicated to understand from the outside. While they enjoyed success on the field in 2020 and won a Super Bowl together in Tampa Bay, Brown's antics and off-field issues never allowed the partnership to last.
Brown has been involved in multiple scandals since becoming a superstar for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was traded from the team because head coach Mike Tomlin was fed up with his antics, even though he was still one of the league's best. He left the Raiders for the same reason, and united with Brady and the New England Patriots in 2019.
However, they played together for a single game there. Brown was cut following accusations of sexual assault and stayed away from the league for over a year until he joined the Buccaneers, winning a Super Bowl ring with Brady.
Many would remember his tantrum in a game against the New York Jets that saw him released as soon as the game was over. Their relationship has gone sour ever since.

There's been a line of thought that the receiver needs to apologize to Brady for the things he has said since. During a chat with Shannon Sharpe, internet star Druski told listeners about the time he told Brown to apologize to Brady, but the former wide receiver hung up on him.
Druski: "When I finally got a chance to talk to him, I said 'hey, man, you need to go apologize'. He hung up. He won't hear that"
Sharpe: "Was it all for the skit, or do you really think he should apologize?"
Druski: "Truthfully? I think he should apologize, cause he [Brady] gave him the opportunity of a lifetime. I definitely think so, but at the end of the day, he's doing numbers with that song, so a win is a win [laughs]"
Do Tom Brady and Antonio Brown still talk?
The pair's relationship has apparently ended after the receiver took multiple shots at his former friend for no conceivable reason.
Brady clearly tried to alert Brown that he was going down the wrong path, but the former Steeler did not want to listen.
Brady has stopped wasting energy on his former friend and it appears that they are no longer friends.
