The 2023 Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday, February 12 is bound to be a spectacle. Pop icon Rihanna will be headlining the event at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
There's no doubt that the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will still be of utmost importance. However, many fans have been curious to learn more about Rihanna's comeback performance on the big stage.
While speaking with Apple Music’s Nadeska Alexis on Thursday, the 34-year-old outlined her plans for the gig. By her own admission, Rihanna's halftime show will last for around 13 minutes.
“The set list was the biggest challenge. That was the hardest, hardest part,” she said. “Deciding how to maximize 13 minutes but also celebrate, that’s what the show is gonna be. It’s going to be a celebration of my catalog in the best way that we could have put it together.”

Rumored guests for the halftime show performance include Jay-Z, whose Roc Nation is executive producing the show. Past collaborators such as Calvin Harris, Drake, Eminem, SZA, and DJ Khaled, as well as her partner A$AP Rocky, are also speculated to potentially join Rihanna on stage.
When will the Super Bowl halftime show start?
Kickoff for the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs is at 6:30 p.m. ET. The Super Bowl halftime show will take place at the end of the second quarter.
This would mean that Rihanna's performance is expected to take place between 8:00-9:00 p.m. ET.
