Guard John Hannah played with the Patriots from 1973 to 1985. He achieved First-Team All-Pro seven times and went to the Pro Bowl nine times. Hannah is also the first Patriots player to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as one of the best guards in NFL history. It's no surprise #73 was retired.
