Xavier Glenn Worthy, better known as Xavier Worthy, is an American NFL wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs as of the 2024 NFL season. He was chosen as the 28th overall pick by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. That same year, he signed a four-year rookie contract with the team valued at $13.79 million (via Spotrac).

Xavier Worthy was born on April 27, 2003, in Fresno, California and attended Central East High School in his hometown. Initially committing to the University of Michigan for his college football career, Worthy later committed to playing college football at the University of Texas at Austin. Worthy played three seasons at Texas from 2021 to 2023. As a freshman, he had 981 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. In his sophomore year, he recorded 760 yards and 9 touchdowns. As a junior, he finished with 1,014 yards and 5 touchdowns. Over his college career, he played 39 games, totaling 2,755 receiving yards, and 26 touchdowns (via Sports Reference).
