"I’m married to a fashion guy": Tom Brady's supermodel ex-wife Gisele Bündchen once gave shocking reaction to 7x Super Bowl winner's style

Tom Brady is an NFL legend, super-rich, athletic, handsome and fashionable. He is always dressed sharply for all occasions, which go well with his good looks. Brady was married to a supermodel, Gisele Bündchen, but he was still the more fashionable partner of the two, as Bündchen admitted.

In an interview with 'Access Hollywood' in April 2016, Bündchen revealed how her former husband had a keen fashion sense, even compared to her. She said:

“I have to tell you," Bündchen explained. "I’m supposed to be the fashion person here but I’m married to a fashion guy. I don’t understand what’s happening. It’s easier him dressing me than me dressing him. I mean, really, he has a great sense of style.”

While Bündchen was a globally known supermodel, Brady was a globally acknowledged athlete with a good fashion sense.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion loved football so much that fans assumed he couldn’t think of anything else. But Brady has an insatiable hunger to learn and become better at whatever he does.

In an interview with WSJ magazine in September 2021, Bündchen revealed that her then-husband was "way more" into clothes compared to her.

“He loves clothes way more than I do," she said. "He has great taste and understands and really cares about what people want, what can help them feel good. That's what fashion is about.”

It isn’t surprising since this is Brady we are talking about. He always believed in men making fashion choices for themselves instead of letting their women do that. He had once told GQ magazine:

“I think any man who lets a woman pick what he should wear ... I mean, you gotta draw the line somewhere as a man.”

He added Tiger Woods as an example:

“I see so many guys, really athletic guys, wearing pleated pants. I just shake my head. Like, Tiger Woods used to wear pleated pants! I'm like, 'C'mon, Tiger!'”

On the other hand, Brady revealed that Bündchen has a laidback, "very much a hippie" approach to fashion when she isn’t being a model. Although he acknowledges that Bündchen has great taste, she would prefer to wear a simple dress in summer and just chill out.
