As Week 8 of the 2022-23 NFL season dawns on us, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. remains unsigned.
The receiver spent last season with the Cleveland Browns before being released and then signed by the Los Angeles Rams. There, he helped Los Angeles win the Super Bowl, earning his first career ring. He tore his ACL in the game, complicating his status as a viable receiver in free agency, which is likely why he wasn't re-signed by the Rams.
Analyst and former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin spoke to 'Shan and RJ' on 105.3 The Fan. He said that he has personal knowledge that Beckham Jr. would love to play for the Dallas Cowboys.

Odell Beckham Jr. trade rumors
While a return to the Los Angeles Rams seems unlikely, there are a few teams that Odell Beckham Jr. seems to have in mind.
The Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and Buffalo Bills seem like potential options.
Analyst Marcus Spears mentioned five teams that OBJ could sign with. He said that the Chiefs, Packers, Rams, Bills, and Ravens could be likely options, and Beckham responded by saying, "We see eye to eye."
Odell Beckham Jr. injury update
Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a torn ACL in the Super Bowl back in February. He suffered the injury while catching the ball on a crossing-route and didn't return to the game.
According to Bleacher Report, ESPN analyst Adam Schefter appeared on ESPN Radio's Keyshawn, JWill and Max back in September and said that he doesn't think OBJ will return until at least Thanksgiving.
If that's the case, Beckham Jr. could miss at least the next four games as he is rehabbing his knee.
Although it could be a while before he's back on the field, Beckham Jr. could sign with a new team any day now.
