Aaron Jones has been in the spotlight for the Minnesota Vikings ahead of their Week 8 game against the LA Rams. The running back has been nursing a hamstring injury, and fans want to know his status for Thursday night's trip to Los Angeles.

As per reports, Aaron Jones is expected to play against the Rams in Week 8 on Thursday. The Vikings running back was a limited participant in practice on Monday and Tuesday.

Minnesota will hold its final practice session of the week on Wednesday, and it remains to be seen whether Jones will be upgraded to a full participant. As things stand, he has an unspecified status on the Vikings' injury report.
Nonetheless, by his own admission, Jones' hamstring injury doesn't appear to be a long-term concern.
"I came out great," Jones said when asked about his hamstring after Tuesday's practice session. "I was able to play the way I wanted to play. I think it showed on my first carry and it showed there were no problems and I'd be good.
"I feel like I will be back to normal. I don’t feel like this is something I will continue to have to manage."
Jones, who signed for the Vikings in the offseason after seven seasons with the Green Bay Packers, has enjoyed a bright start to his career in Minnesota. The running back has racked up 443 yards on 85 carries and rushed for two touchdowns. He has also added 190 yards on 20 receptions and caught a touchdown while appearing in all six games for the Vikings.
Since Jones is expected to play against the Rams on Thursday night, he will want to build on his numbers for the season.
