Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson had a brilliant rookie season last year, even though some fans felt he could have done even more if former head coach Arthur Smith had handled him better.

The 22-year-old running back finished the 2023 season with 58 catches for 487 yards and four touchdowns in addition to 214 rushes for 976 yards and four touchdowns.

Robinson is locked in as a key to Atlanta's new-look offense this season. But will the former Texas Longhorn running back play a role in Monday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles? Let's find out below.

Will Bijan Robinson play tonight?

The Falcons released their final injury report on Saturday ahead of their game against the Eagles on Monday. Robinson didn't appear on the team's injury report and he's expected to suit up from the start tonight.

The two players that have been ruled out of the game for Atlanta are linebacker Nate Landman and cornerback Antonio Hamilton Sr.

Now in his second season in the league, expectations are even higher for Robinson. He ended his debut season with a club-record 1,463 yards from scrimmage for a rookie, having been selected No. 8 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Robinson has already shown promise that he's not about to slow down this season. He racked up 111 yards from scrimmage in the Falcons' opening game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. That performance turned out to be the only positive aspect on the offense for the team, as they lost by a final of 18–10 in Week 1.

Robinson finished with five receptions for 43 yards and 18 rushes for 68 yards against the Steelers.
