Moore's injury kept him from practicing on Wednesday and Thursday, but he managed to make a limited comeback to the practice field on Friday to end the week. He was subsequently designated questionable by the team for the game at San Francisco.

Aside from Moore, running back D'Andre Swift, another of the Bears' primary offensive weapons, is questionable for Sunday afternoon's game because of a quad ailment.

Three Bears players have also already been ruled out for the matchup, including guard Ryan Bates (concussion), safety Elijah Hicks (ankle) and running back Roschon Johnson, who sustained a head injury in the last game and is currently in concussion protocol.

The 27-year-old receiver has also attempted seven rushes and gained 36 yards on the ground.
