The Buffalo Bills have given the fantasy world some harsh reality checks this season. Between James Cook seeing little work as they racked up 42 points against the Los Angeles Rams in a losing effort, and Dalton Kincaid seeing little action all season long despite being tapped up as a fantasy stud, the Bills' supporting cast has flattered to deceive for the most part.
The Bills are still smarting off a close loss to the Rams in what was arguably one of the most exciting shootouts in recent NFL history. As they get set to face the Detroit Lions this evening, they will have a familiar face back in the scheme of things, with Kincaid set to return to the fold.

Is Dalton Kincaid playing today vs the Detroit Lions?
Kincaid missed three straight games with a knee injury but the Bills offense really didn't miss him all that much. In any case, his comeback will be a welcome addition as the Bills look to get back to winning ways.
Kincaid was a full participant in practice all week and does not have an injury designation for Week 15, which means we will see a lot of Kincaid on the field against Detroit.
Dalton Kincaid fantasy projection for Week 15
Considering this will be his first game back in three weeks, we are hesitant to advise you to bank on Kincaid for points this week. Even if you take a punt on him being fully fit, the matchup just isn't encouraging. Per FantasyPros, Detroit has allowed the fewest fantasy points and receiving yards per game to tight ends.
Like us, Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer isn't high on Kincaid either, projecting a return of 7.1 points for the Bills TE this week with little chance of a touchdown. However, considering he does have five red zone targets in his last four games, that number could see a change against Detroit.
The Bills vs Lions game will kick off live from Ford Field at 4:25 pm. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
