We're set to get the first Monday Night Football double-header of the 2024 NFL season tonight when the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Buffalo Bills later tonight. The Washington Commanders will then face the Cincinnati Bengals to wrap up the Week 3 schedule. The Bills are currently 2-0 and top of the AFC East. Running back James Cook has been a large part of those two wins. Through two weeks of football, Cook has rushed for 149 yards with two touchdowns to show for his troubles.
While the Bills have a few names on the injury report, Cook was not on the list, which means we will see him suit up later tonight against the Jaguars.

Is James Cook playing tonight?
With Cook, the question isn't if he's playing tonight, but how much of the Bills' workload he will carry against Jacksonville.
Cook hasn't been the most productive running back in the National Football League so far and one of his touchdowns against Miami last week was a one-yard run so we can't read too much into it. However, considering the Bills have revamped their offense this year, Cook has been the most stable part of the unit.
He's clearly a versatile back who has the Bills' trust when it comes to keeping the play going. In any case, if the Bills need to give Cook a breather sometime tonight, they can always turn to backup running back Ray Davis.
Buffalo Bills injury report for Week 3 Monday Night Football
The biggest name on the Bills' injury repor for tonight is Josh Allen, who suffered an injury on his non-throwing hand in Week 1. However, Allen was a full participant in practice so he will be under center when the Bills take the field against the Jaguars.
Linebacker Terrel Bernard (pectoral) and cornerback Taron Johnston (forearm) have been officially ruled out.
