Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills will face the struggling Green Bay Packers in Week 8. The Bills are well-rested, coming off a bye week and ready to withstand the challenge possessed by Aaron Rodgers and company.
Allen is healthy and ready to suit up when they welcome the Packers into town. So far, Allen has been quite exceptional, and due to the rest of the bye week, we can expect another great game against the Green Bay Packers.
The Bills are currently 5-1 and are the 1st seed in the AFC. They defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in their last game, and their spirits will be high heading into this game against the Packers.

The Packers, on the other hand, are struggling. They have lost their last three games and aren't expected to come away with a win against the Bills. Aaron Rodgers has been unable to get going with his new offense, and there are some worrying signs in Green Bay.
The Buffalo Bills are a -11.5 points favorite against the Packers and many are suggesting a blowout win. It will be interesting to see how the game plays out.
Josh Allen is the favorite to win the MVP Award
As things currently stand, Josh Allen is the clear-cut favorite to win the MVP Award this year. He defeated Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in his last game, and if he is able to defeat Rodgers (the reigning NFL MVP), then his case will become even stronger.
One could possibly make an argument about Jalen Hurts, as the Philadelphia Eagles are still undefeated. He could also win the award if the Eagles continue this form and have a better record than the Bills by the end of the season.
However, the chances of that are slim, as Allen has completely dominated this season. So far, the Bills quarterback has a passer rating of 109.1 with 1,980 yards, 17 touchdowns and 4 interceptions in 6 games this season.
Moreover, against NFC teams, in his career, Allen has a passer rating of 100.5 with 4,302 yards, 36 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in 17 games. This signifies that he may be up for a big game against the Packers tonight as well.
Whether or not he wins the MVP award remains to be seen, but Josh Allen is currently the favorite to get the job done.
