The running back had been nursing an oblique injury that saw him miss two games last month, but now fans want to know whether Walker will feature against the 49ers on Thursday night.

Barring any late injury or setback, Kenneth Walker will play against the 49ers in Week 6 on Thursday. The Seahawks RB is listed as active on the team roster and logged in full practice sessions during the week.

Walker picked up an oblique injury in Seattle's 26-20 win over the Denver Broncos in Week 1. He was then ruled out for Week 2 against the New England Patriots and did not feature in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins.

After missing a couple of games, Walker returned to action in Week 4, when Seattle suffered a crushing 42-29 defeat against the Detroit Lions. He also played in the Seahawks' Week 5 loss against the New York Giants on Sunday.

Walker, a second-round draft pick by the Seahawks in 2022, has grown into a key player for the franchise. In three appearances this season, he has racked up 202 yards on 37 carries with four touchdowns. He has also recorded 99 yards on 13 receptions.

It will be interesting to see how Walker can build on those numbers when he suits up to face the 49ers in Week 6.
