The Buffalo Bills selected wideout Keon Coleman with the 33rd overall pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL draft. When the 21-year-old sustained a wrist injury against the Miami Dolphins in Week 9, he had already begun to establish himself as one of the team's most crucial offensive components.
Since sustaining that injury, Coleman has not played for Buffalo; despite being marked questionable for the last two games, the team chose to keep him out of the lineup.
Following three full practices this week, Bills supporters are now curious as to whether their rookie wideout will be available for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field. It will be intriguing to see Coleman in some capacity considering that game has already garnered attention as a possible Super Bowl precursor and is set to feature two of the NFL's most dynamic offenses.

Exploring Keon Coleman's availability status for Week 15
After missing the last four Buffalo Bills games due to a wrist injury, Keon Coleman is no longer listed as injured after participating in three full practices this week. He is scheduled to play against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
During the week, Bills head coach Sean McDermott also affirmed that Coleman will not be listed as injured going into Sunday's game.
The Florida State alum will now join the Bills' wide receiver group, which also includes Curtis Samuel, Mack Hollins, Khalil Shakir, and Amari Cooper, after receiving the all-clear to return to the field.
However, CB Rasul Douglas has been ruled out for Buffalo after being DNP in practice throughout the week because of a knee injury. Tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee), safety Damar Hamlin (back/ribs) and Taylor Rapp (neck/shoulder) are among the team's starters who have been designated questionable for Sunday.
How has Keon Coleman performed this season?
Despite missing the last four games due to a wrist injury, Keon Coleman has been so effective in his rookie season that he still sits second on the Bills' roster in terms of receiving yards and touchdowns.
He had already accumulated 22 catches for 417 yards and three scores in nine games before sustaining his injury. He was also consistently showing glimpses of big-play prowess in a passing game that was lacking a clear leading receiver.
When he takes the field again on Sunday at Ford Field, he will be providing the Bills some much-needed offensive support against the Lions’ defense.
