Stefon Diggs signed with the Houston Texans in the 2024 offseason. However, the wideout's first season with the team has been marred by injury.

Diggs will not play against the Chargers on Saturday. The wideout has been ruled out for the season after tearing his ACL in Houston's Week 8 win over the Indianapolis Colts. The Texans placed Diggs on the injured reserve after his injury. He is still on the IR list and won't be a part of Houston's postseason.
After Diggs' season-ending injury, he posted a heartfelt message to his fans on Instagram.
"I just want to say thank you to everyone who reached out in this tough ass time it mean more than you'll ever know...," Diggs wrote. "S--t lame fr like s--t not fair how much work a mf put in... but s--t here I am... gotta trust God's timing ima shake back!!! Love yaw."
Diggs, a four-time Pro Bowler, joined the Texans in the 2024 offseason. He was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2015 draft. The wideout also played four seasons with the Buffalo Bills from 2020 to 2023.
How has Texans WR Stefon Diggs performed this season?
Prior to his injury, Diggs posted 496 yards and three touchdowns on 47 receptions. He had forged a strong partnership with quarterback CJ Stroud.
Unfortunately for the team, Diggs' season was cut short after playing just eight games with the Texans.
