At the time of writing, T.J. Watt is not injured. The Steelers linebacker is active on the team roster and is expected to play in the Week 18 game against the Bengals on Saturday night.
He stayed away from the injury report during the week as well. He took part in full practice sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hence, all signs point toward him playing on Saturday.
Since the Steelers (10-6) have already qualified for the playoffs, they might opt to give Watt a limited number of reps against Cincinnati to keep him injury-free and healthy for the postseason.

Watt has been one of the best defensive players in the NFL this season. The Steelers linebacker has racked up 61 tackles, of which 40 have been solo. He has also recorded 11.5 sacks, 19 tackles for a loss, 27 quarterback hits, six forced fumbles, four passes defended, and two fumble recoveries across 16 games.
On Wednesday, he was named the Steelers' Most Valuable Player for 2024. He became the first player in team history to win the award five times. The linebacker will now be eyeing the Defensive Player of the Year award, which he previously won in 2021.
