The Green Bay Packers selected Tucker Kraft in the third round of the 2023 draft after picking tight end Luke Musgrave in the second round.

Kraft has only been in the NFL for less than two full seasons, but his efforts this season have sent a message to the league that he wants to be one of the most fierce TEs.

Next up for Kraft and the Packers is a home game against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night. The game will be vital to the team's playoff seeding. So, let's find out if Kraft will be available for Green Bay in Week 16.

Exploring Tucker Kraft's availability status for MNF

Tucker Kraft is not dealing with any injury concerns and is expected to play when the Green Bay Packers host the New Orleans Saints at Lambeau Field on Monday night.

The Packers have just six players on their injury report this week, and Kraft is not one of them. Linebacker Quay Walker and safety Javon Bullard missed practice on Saturday for the third day in a row due to ankle issues. As a result, they were ruled out for Week 16.

The team has also ruled CB Jaire Alexander (knee), CB Corey Ballentine (knee), S Evan Williams (quadriceps) and TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) as questionable for the game.

How has Tucker Kraft performed this season?

Despite playing in every Green Bay Packers game in his debut campaign, Tucker Kraft was TE2 behind Luke Musgrave and mostly had little impact on the passing game until late in the regular season.

Green Bay placed Musgrave on the injured reserve list in Week 4 this season after undergoing surgery for an ankle injury. This has created an opportunity for Kraft to take a bigger role as the starter at tight end.

Kraft has been one of the most impressive tight ends in the NFL this season, having recorded 41 catches for 555 yards and seven touchdowns. He has notched 72 catches for 910 yards and nine scores in his first two NFL seasons.

The former South Dakota State player needs only seven catches to overtake Richard Rodgers as the Green Bay Packers tight end with the most receptions across his first two seasons. Kraft has a real chance of breaking the record on Monday night against the Saints if all goes according to plan.
