Is Isaiah Likely the Baltimore Ravens' next great tight end?
Ever since Mark Andrews suffered an ankle injury during the 2023 season, the 2018 fourth-round pick out of unheralded Coastal Carolina has been nothing but prolific, catching pass after pass and scoring a good number of touchdowns. And in the opening game of the 2024 season versus the Kansas City Chiefs, he was almost a hero with single-game career highs in receptions (nine) and yards (111).
On the other side is Dalton Kincaid. The sophomore was mostly silent against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1 with just one 11-yard grab as the Buffalo Bills won 34-28.
But now, Week 2 looms. Who is the better fantasy pick?

Is Isaiah Likely a good fantasy pick in Week 2?
There is much to like about Isaiah Likely.
For a guy of his size, he looks surprisingly athletic, although not as heavily built as Mark Andrews. And he can certainly prove that his build and skills match. He is quick, yet strong, able to sprint his way past a defense.
However, this week's matchup has its fair share of problems. The Las Vegas Raiders have a prolific tackler in Maxx Crosby, who is a master of causing losses in yards. If he can break through, he will have to contend with linebackers Robert Spillane and Divine Deablo, who have quietly risen through the ranks to become good starters.
Is Dalton Kincaid a good fantasy pick in Week 2?
Dalton Kincaid's second game of the season will not be easy either, as the Bills face a divisional rival for the first time this season.
While the Miami Dolphins are without star linebacker Bradley Chubb, who is still recuperating from a torn ACL, they still have a couple of dependable pieces in Calais Campbell and Emmanuel Ogbah. They also have a strong secondary led by Jalen Ramsey.
Such a strong defensive core could give Kincaid problems, but is that enough to dissuade a fantasy footballer from going with him?
Who should I start between Dalton Kincaid and Isaiah Likely in Week 2?
Both the Bills' tight ends were mostly silent against Arizona, as Josh Allen and James Cook shone the brightest on the ground, combining for almost over 100 yards and two touchdowns. In the air, the revamped WR corps also shone, with new leader Khalil Shakir and Mack Hollins catching a score each from eleven yards.
But all things considered, it makes sense to keep faith in Kincaid. He was the Bills' premier TE in usage rate in Week 1 so the game plan is to see him get more touches.
Week 1 was sort of an anomaly for tight ends all in all, but Kincaid has the potential to be a top-3 tight end in fantasy football leagues this year.
