Jalen Coker attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He appeared in three games as a freshman as he caught a 34-yard pass in the Patriot League Championship Game at Bucknell in 2020. Coker was announced as a starter playing in all 13 games as a sophomore in 2021. He recorded 51 receptions for 692 yards and four touchdowns in 2021.
