Jalin Hyatt is an American football wide receiver for the New York Giants as of the 2024 NFL season. The New York Giants selected him with the 73rd overall pick in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft. In his NFL debut, Hyatt had no catches, but in Week 12, Hyatt was named the NFL’s Pepsi offensive rookie of the week. Jalin managed to finish the 2023 season with 23 receptions for 373 receiving yards.
During his High School days at Dutch Fork High School, he helped the Dutch Forks to go undefeated and also helped them win the State Championship for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Despite a remarkable performance in high school Hyatt was not recruited by in-state programs. Later on, he decided to attend the University of Tennessee to continue with his college football career. Hyatt finished his freshman and sophomore seasons with 20 receptions for 276 yards and two touchdowns and 21 receptions for 226 yards and two touchdowns respectively. In 2022, he was named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Alabama. Hyatt won the Fred Biletnikoff Award for the nation's finest receiver at the end of the season, becoming the first Tennessee player to do so.
