New York Jets running back James Robinson is playing his third season in the NFL. The Jets will face the Detroit Lions on December 18, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Robinson started the season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but was traded to the New York Jets ahead of the trade deadline. The Jets acquired Robinson as a replacement for their rookie running back sensation Breece Hall, who suffered a season-ending injury in Week 7 against the Denver Broncos.
Robinson is healthy and has no injuries, but he has fallen behind Michael Carter and Zonovan Knight in the depth chart recently. Knight has started the last two games for the Jets and is in impressive form. He has rushed for 230 yards and has scored one touchdown in the three games he has played this season.

We would not recommend starting James Robinson this week in fantasy football. Robinson is too far back on the New York Jets' depth chart to be relied upon here. Fantasy managers looking for impactful performances should look for other options to start with.
Potential RB streamers in Week 15
As it is late in the season and a lot of running backs are injured and rivals unwilling or unable to trade with you, it can be difficult to find rushing support in fantasy. Here are some players that may be worth looking at in Week 15 and may be unrostered:
- Zonovan Knight
- Jerick McKinnon
- J.K. Dobbins
- Isiah Pacheco
- Chuba Hubbard
- Rachaad White
- Samaje Perine
